What messages we send

Conversational, customer-care messages to businesses and individuals who have contacted us: confirmations of appointments booked on a call, links to a quote, proposal, invoice or intake form that the person asked for, follow-ups to an open support or sales request, and replies to texts sent to us. We do not send marketing blasts or promotional campaigns from this number.

How people opt in

Verbally on a phone call. When a caller asks our receptionist (a human or our AI assistant) to text them a link, confirmation or details, the assistant asks: “Is it okay if I text that to this number?” and sends only after the caller says yes. The consent is recorded in the call transcript and in our CRM.
Web form. Our contact and booking forms on www.juniouslabs.digital include an unchecked checkbox: “Text me updates about my request at this number. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Texting us first. Anyone who texts (844) 255-7157 consents to receive replies to that conversation.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. We never buy, rent or share contact lists, and we text only people who contacted us.

Frequency, rates, opt-out and help

Privacy

Phone numbers and consent records are used only to deliver the messages described above and are stored in our customer records system. We do not sell or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
